Man Accuses Police And Produces Expended Shell
posted (October 29, 2013)
At the top of the news, we told you about the outrageous police who took Thyrell Hyde into an ATM to check his balance, and take out some money for themselves.

And while it's not as sensational as allegedly getting robbed by the cops, we must also present the story from Carlton Gideon from Sand Hill, who says that officers put his family's life in danger last night.

According to Gideon, he was at home with his 5 children when officers barged into his house, and with no warning one of them fired their weapon at his door which penetrated and went inside his house.

He told us today that the officers behaved aggressively, and they came to the wrong house because they were looking for his neighbor:

Carlton Gideon AKA Carlton Cox - Claims inappropriate behavior
"I was in my bed, I had my 4 sons and one of my daughters in their own rooms and at the backdoor I heard someone knocking saying 'police.' I look through the window and I saw one person standing with a gun pointed at the window; my window is at my bed head. The person had a cloth over his head, so I wasn't sure if it was the police, so I wasn't in a hurry to open my door. I ask the person to give me a break so that I can put on my clothes. I that moment I heard a gunshot gone off (I thought it was a warning shot). I opened my room door and went to the other door. They came upstairs and told me to open the door. I told them right now I will open the door. While I was at the door opening it, one of the men got a 2x6 from the yard and broken open my window."

"When I opened the door, they didn't ask for my name. They just came in and gather all my children from their beds and told them to lie down on the floor. They asked for a person who I don't even know. My children told them that the person they were asking for is the neighbor next door."

"This morning when I got up I found an expended shell on my floor. My youngest boy named Derek told me that they had shoot through the door, but I didn't believe it until I went to checked the door and saw the bullet hole. That bullet could have caught me or one of my children."

Gideon told us that he doesn't see the purpose of making a formal report because he doesn't know the officers.
