On Monday, Belize's new Ambassador to Europe Dylan Vernon will take up his post in Brussels. After a one month familiarization with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vernon left the country today for Belgium. Vernon is a well-respected researcher and development strategist who recently completed post graduate studies at University College London.
Since Joy Grant left Belgium to take up a ministerial post in Belize, there has been no ambassador to Europe.
