So, while that situation with Henry is still developing, 38 year-old Kevin Flowers is currently at the Prison for similar firearm charges.
He was sent to Prison today when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser and was charged with keeping an unlicensed firearm and keeping unlicensed ammunition. Though Flowers pleaded not guilty, Senior Magistrate Fraser couldn't offer him bail because it is a firearm offence. She remanded him into custody until February 13.
The incident occurred yesterday. The police alleged that acting on information received they searched Flowers and found a 9 millimetre pistol with 12 rounds of ammunition. Flowers did not have a license for the firearm so he was taken into custody and charged.
