At this time police believe that he slammed his Kawasaki Z motorcycle into a backhoe tractor belonging to Cisco Construction. The impact was massive, and here's what we found on the scene:

When we arrived on the scene, it was an hour or so after the accident had occurred. Tony Hunter lay died in the middle of the road, a sheet wrapped over him to try to conceal the damage that had been done to his body.

Police worked quickly to process the scene. They had blocked off the Western Highway for at least a half a mile, and so they needed to reopen it as soon as possible.

But for the time being, they were pre-occupied with investigating what caused the accident which claimed Anthony's life. He was on his motorbike, seen on the right side of the police mobile in the drain, when he lost control and slammed into this Backhoe. Police believe that the impact of the collision crushed his face, and that he may have died almost instantly.

"Acting on information I received, at about 8:15 am I visited between miles 2 and 3 on the George Price Highway where I observed an apparent dead body in the middle of the road and a silver in color ninja type Kawasaki motorcycle a few yards away on the left hand side of the road travelling towards Belmopan."

"Up to now the investigation is still ongoing and we haven't got yet a conclusion as to what exactly caused the fatal accident. Preliminary investigations revealed that this person was travelling on direction towards Hattieville and upon reaching the area a yellow back hoe tractor was coming in the opposite direction almost entering on Linda Vista Street and overtaking a vehicle he must have lost control and collided or crash into the rear wheel of the tractor causing him to hit on the iron foot of the tractor and landed on the middle of the road."
