Wilfredo Jaime, Antonio Mejia, and Christopher Gutierrez were traveling in a pickup, and when they were in front of the Trio Village Primary School, the driver lost control of the vehicle and overturned in the drain. Wilfredo Jaime and Antonio Mejia were flung from the vehicle to their deaths.
