Prime Minister Dean Barrow is in St. Vincent and the Grenadines wrapping up a CARICOM Heads of Government Summit. Prominent issues being discussed by leaders include the legalization of marijuana and reparations for slavery. The leaders form the 14 CARICOM countries say they will back a ten point claim for reparations from European countries.
Barrow left the country on Saturday and is due back on Thursday.
