SATIIM has applied to the Supreme Court for an injunction to stop US Capital Energy from commencing drilling operations. SATIIM says it would have expected US Capital to await the outcome of a pending case in the Supreme Court, but a statement today says the company has engaged in pre-drilling activities. In light of what it calls"increased pre-drilling activities by US Capital Energy," SATIIM applied to the Supreme Court last week for an injunction.
