Siarsha Alavrez, the 3 year old with the rare skin disorder is improving. She’s talking a bit, and her skin is clearing up but there are other complications.

Her father tells us that she’ll need plastic surgery for her eyes because he bottom eyelash is growing inside her eye, which is causing massive irritation. 

He is trying to arrange to do this delicate surgery abroad.
