GLEN CRAWFORD was northbound in a Ford Ranger Pick-Up when he saw an ambulance coming up fast behind him. He pulled to the right side of the Highway to let it pass, and then got back unto the highway. He said that he drove for about 1/2 a mile when a vehicle coming from the opposite direction blinded him with high beam lights. To avoid an accident, he again veered to the right side of the road. That's where he hit 27-year-old Mario Choc of 3 ½ Miles northern Highway who was walking on the side of the road. Mario Choc received injuries to both of his legs, right hand and head and died while undergoing surgery at11:50 p.m. Notice of intended Prosecution has been served on Glen Crawford.
