CEO of the Kolbe Central Prison Earl Jones just finished a 3 day working visit to Jamaica where the Belize prison was touted as a model for prison reform and management. His trip was sponsored by the European Union to share his experience on rehabilitation programmes at Kolbe while observing programmes in some of Jamaica's main penal facilities. He met with Minister of National Security, Peter Bunting and other officials.
