One week ago, we told you about Germayoni Letran, the 6 year old Guatemalan child who was abducted by her aunt from her school in Benque Viejo town.
Well, she still hasn't been found on either side of the border and Belize police believe that she was smuggled out of Guatemala to join her mother in Los Angeles.
As we reported, the child's father had custody of her in Melchor - and would send her to school daily in Beqnue Viejo. But it seems the child's aunt planned the near perfect crime: she abducted her in Belize, and then fled to Melchor, most likely sent the child to the US, and remains safely in GUATEMALA where she cannot be arrested because she has committed no crime on that country's soil.
