On Sunday, grassroots philanthropist Dara Robinson will hold his third annual Ride for Hunger. This is Dara's 7th year of running a feeding program out of his own home, but he seemed just as dedicated to project today as he was when he first began. We asked him how the Ride for Hunger has evolved over the past three years.
The ride begins in front of the SMART building on the Northern Highway, then continues through Hattieville before running back down the Western Highway and ending at the SMART building. Registration starts at 6 am and there a $5 registration fee, but all donations, including food and care packages are welcome. Dara's next fundraiser, the Lucky Dube 7th annual tribute will be held at Bird's Isle on August 3rd.
