But, a bulletproof vest wouldn't do him any good in a lawsuit anyway. And, we are told, that's just what Saldivar is facing. The Courtney Coye law firm warned him that if he didn't return the money on by last week Friday, August first, they would institute legal proceedings against him.
Well, Saldivar is unperturbed, and he told us, neither is he surprised since he feels Eamon Courtenay has had it in for him for a long time:..

Today when reached for comment, Courtenay would only say, quote, "Mr. Saldivar will have an opportunity very shortly to give an account to the Supreme Court for his actions. In the meantime, he should ensure that the monies are not spent."
