Martinez, and he's accused attacking and beating up a civilian from Seine Beight.
The exact details of the case haven't been revealed to us as yet, but according the court details, on July 7, 2014, Martinez allegedly inflicted a
beatdown on John Valerio Jr, a civilian from Seine Bight Village. He was arraigned this evening before Magistrate Herbert Panton on a charge of harm,
and he was released on bail of $300. He must return to court on November 28, 2014.
