62 year-old Cecil Tillett, who had a substantially smaller amount of weed that Jose Castillo, will also have to spend 2 months in jail for it.
He was also busted by a police officer who was on mobile patrol today. The officer says that he spotted Tillett, and when he searched him, he found 3.2 grams - or 0.1 ounces. He charged Tillett with drug possession, and he was also arraigned today before the Chief Magistrate.
He was sentenced to pay a fine of 200 dollars, but because he couldn't pay immediately, and so, he defaulted.
