In Belize City, we often hear of shootings where a masked gunman pulls up on a bicycle - and opens fire on his target. Well, it happened again this weekend, except it wasn't in Belize City; it was in the village of Concepcion in the Corozal District. At 1:15 am on Saturday, three men were walking home from a bar. They were walking on the Northern Highway near mile 74 when a masked gunman in dark clothing rode up on them and opened fire. He shot 24 year old Ricardo Itzab - and killed him. At this time, police do not know the motive for the murder - nor has any suspect been detained.
