"One of the main characteristics of this celebration in Mexico that is very rooted all around Mexico is that syncretism of pre-Colombian cultures and the catholic European faith. The way which Mexicans celebrate is not only mourning the dead ones, it's also a matter of joy because according to this tradition, the dead ones come to this life or to this world to visit family, relatives and friends.
