There is a disturbing report coming out of Cancun involving a man identified as a Belizean. According to the newspaper "Diario Respuesta," the man, identified as 41 year old Coseve Jean broke into a home in region 90 in Cancun on Monday afternoon and dropped his pants exposing his genitals to a young girl who was on the inside. One of the members of the household, a 54 year old woman then informed a police patrol M-615 that a pervert entered her home and exposed himself to her younger sister and then refused to leave. That is when the authorities arrived and captured 41 year old Jean.
According to the newspaper dated today, he slept in the cells of Municipal Public Security Secretariat.
