So, while Mayor Bradley keeps talking around the question of whether or not he will run again in March, Yolanda Schakron, the PUP candidate who wants
to replace him, does not mind saying that if he doesn't want the job, she does.
We caught up with her at the much-delayed launch of the PUP's Belize City Municipal Slate this afternoon at Independence Hall – and here's what she
said:

"I think he's very confused as we have noticed before in everything he does. People are telling me is afraid. I'm not worried about Darrell, I know
that we will bring victory to the PUP. I went into the race knowing that Darrell was my opponent, so it doesn't phase me. I'm not worried about the UDP
politics. I'm here to serve the people. This team we want to make the Belize City people lives better."
