"There was a section of the Philip Goldson Highway that was clearly not properly done. Mr. Hernandez claim that some engineer made a huge mistake and that engineer has been fired. Of course, the Ministry of Works is supervising and nobody will be paid for any work that is substandard. I think that particular problem was resolved. Remedial efforts were instituted very quickly. Any contractor appears to be incapable, then that contractor will not be able in fact to get additional government work."
