Deon Pitter, Stevedore "Which multi investor comes to this country and treat us nice? For the past two years we are getting 107 million dollars from sugar cane. Do you believe we would be getting that same figure with those multinational people in control?"
Raymond Rivers, Stevedore "We are out of a job, but we can take it because we want to fix the whole sugar industry. We worry about the cane farmers, we worry about the children of the cane farmers, we worry about the people who goes to school and we are worrying about the small cane farmers. The big cane farmers are straight. We the stevedores are with the cane farmers one thousand percent."
