Belizeans now have another way to travel to Houston and other cities in the U.S.
Southwest airlines, a major US carrier, is introducing a new daily non-stop service from Belize to Houston, Texas. Southwest airlines is known as a
discount carrier and these direct flights are expected to come in at a lower price point for travellers. The spokesman for Southwest Airlines who's
visiting Belize discussed what this means for Belizean travelers.
The service will be launched in October. Customers can connect to 40 to 50 cities in the US using this service.
