"They told us that one of foot is broken in 4 parts and then the other foot is broken in 2 parts and one of his hands is broken in several parts also. They say that he has to take a surgery in one of his foot to put steel in it."

"You had a chance to speak with your brother about what happened?"

Voice of: sister of accident victim
"Yes. He said that the young lady was apparently texting and driving and she was on the wrong side of the road. He said he blew his horn for her to see him, but she didn't lift up her head and by the time she lift up her head, she had already slammed into him, then he fly into her windshield and dropped on top of the bonnet. He said that the young lady looked like she wanted to fled the scene, but she couldn't, because he was on top of the bonnet and people responded quickly and so she was detained. The officer in charge, I called him and he said that right now he can't do anything about the situation when it comes to bills and who will pay what because he has to take a statement from the young lady first. So, they can't do anything about it right now until they get a statement and his bills are already arising and the hospital will not do any x-ray or anything until we pay. So we have to pay his bills and then hopefully they could reimburse back the money or something. We don't have any contact information for the people who knocked him down. Apparently, the young lady is a minor, so obviously we need some information from her family or elder heads. We don't have anyone to get in contact with on their behalf."

Pitts is an employee of the Ministry of Works and has one child. His family is asking for assistance from the family of the minor to help with his hospital bills. They can be contacted at telephone number 6-3-3-2-1-0-2. The driver did have a license.
