Belmopan police say that they will charge Attorney Arthur Saldivar tomorrow. Officer Commanding Howell Gillett says that Saldivar had court obligations today - but has agreed to come in tomorrow. He is expected to be charged for burglary and trespass. His ex-common law - with whom he has two children alleges that Saldivar jumped the fence at her home, grabbed her phone and then went into his vehicle, locked the doors and started reviewing her text messages. He said that he never jumped the fence but that his son brought him the phone which he did review because he was concerned for his children's wellbeing.
Now, the allegation and counter-allegation will go to court when he is arraigned tomorrow.
