Nineteen year old Daniel Bradley, a resident of Lord's Bank, is at prison tonight after he was taken to court for a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse today.


The incident occurred on June 8. The complainant, a 14 year old girl, accompanied by her mother, went the police station and reported that Bradley had sex with her.
When he appeared today before Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser, no plea was taken because the offence is indictable. The court also couldn't offer him bail due to the nature of the offence, and so, Bradley was remanded into custody until July 16.
