"I have also met with this morning with my "comstat" people and I am looking at the crime trend, because it is important for me to know what the crime trend to know exactly what I need to do. I cannot come to this post like a chicken without head, just say I am going to do this and do that without having study what is happening on the ground. So, I have met with them and that is also a part of the plan to look at the current crime trend and see what can be done to change that trend."
