Convicted US Sex Offender Accused of Trading Noodles For Sex With Boys
posted (September 22, 2015)
Tonight, we have a very disturbing allegation of child molestation to report on. It involves a registered sex offender from the US who has been living in Belize for almost 2 years. He had been living in Belize City under the radar, but an accusation has emerged that this man may have sodomized a young boy.

Now, he hasn't been charged for anything in Belize - in fact, he hasn't been formally accused, and so, even though his picture has been published in the state of California as a sex offender, we can't share his name or show an image of him at this time. That's because, -as it has been reported to us - this man was briefly detained, but not charged, on suspicion of child molestation. But, after you hear the following account from a concerned neighbor, you'll definitely wonder why he's free tonight.

This concerned adult told us that after months of suspicious movements of a number of young boys in this man's house which is in the Lake Independence Area, he came upon a male minor who told him that he had been sodomized. He took action and got the police involved, and here's what happened next:

Voice of: Neighbor
"They heard a little young boy making noise from in there, that he wanted to come out of the area, but they are restraining him. As a result, he ended up letting go the little boy at about 8:30pm. We were in the area and the little boy looked like he was in distress - he was not walking normal and his shirt was on th wrong side, he had a knapsack on his back. That raised our concern. So as a concern we ask the little boy what happen and he says that the person had him against his will - oral sex and thing and that he (guy) give him (boy) noodles as payment. He have bags of noodles in his house that he pays people with, the kids. As a result he (boy) mentioned other people that are involved. Other youths."

"As a result we got the police involved. This is the part that I am not happy with the police at all. The police force does not have interest, they are lazy, incompetent - I don't know what happened to the police force. What they should have done then was to safeguard the man premises. It's basic. When you come on the scene, you would detain the man - you need to safeguard the house. They just took the man and left is house opened. People went in there and move his things, but that is not the issue. Whatever confession the little boy had made, according to the information that I got is that when he (boy) reached the station, his mother got involved and they didn't want any charges, so they threw off the case. Nothing happened. There is no way in the world that man should have been free."

We've been trying to confirm with police that this man was detained on suspicion for child molestation, but all police we've spoken with could not tell us whether or not he was picked up.

That interview with that concerned adult was very extended, and there are many more explosive allegations which we have chosen not to share with you until we can confirm that an investigation is being, or will be carried out. If accurate, however, it would suggest that this registered child molester has been taking advantage of the trust of the parents whose children he's been preying on for months. We'll keep following the story.
