And in the Columbus Caye case, the two fishermen, Darryl Flores and Osmar Verde, were taken to Magistrate's Court today after they were caught with 353 conch during the closed season.
They were arraigned before Magistrate Deborah Rogers. They pled not guilty to the charge. They were released on bail of $3,000 and their case was adjourned until November 30.
