There was a fire on Neal Penn Road around 4:00 this afternoon. No one was injured, but neighbors tell us it was a close call because the fire spread quickly. It started from a closet on the lower flat of a two story concrete building and a first responder told us he had to help:..

We were told only a woman and her children were at home at the time of the fire.
