Police report that at around 12:30 a.m. last week Thursday, officers were on patrol when they found 2 men struggling on the ground. When the officers got closer, one of the men shouted for help. They intervened, and when they were separated the two, they saw that one of the men, later identified 45 year-old Calvin Leslie, had been shot to the right shoulder. The other man was Charles Leslie, and investigators say that they found him with a black Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol, which was loaded with 5 rounds.

Charles Leslie was charged with attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, keeping an unlicensed firearm, and keeping unlicensed ammunition.
