Charged For Norman’s Manslaughter
posted (December 16, 2015)

On Monday, we told you about how Norman Castillo died as a result of that crazy accident on the Western Highway Last month. That's the one where the truck tried to squeeze past a Mennonite trailer carrying a house, but it ended up hitting the bus, loaded with passengers, which had pulled over to allow the trailer to pass.

Well, 59 year-old Arthur Cadle, the driver of the truck, who was criminally charged for that accident, was taken back to court and his charge was upgraded to manslaughter by negligence.

He was arraigned before Magistrate Carlon Mendoza, and he was offered bail of $5,000. He must return to court on February 12, 2016.
