Cordel Hyde, Francis Fonseca and John Briceno will have a debate a week from tomorrow. It's a first for the candidates for leader of any mass party in Belize, and organizers say all three have agreed. So next Friday night at 7:30 at the Radisson, the three men are expected to answer questions form a still unknown panel, or pair, of moderators before what is called "an audience of invited guests." You at home are also invited to watch it live on Channel 7.
And while the independent media will feed it into your house, other than that it's an all blue event and the coordinators are Glenn Tillett, Jose Coye, Carolyn Trench and Lloyd Jones, the latter three who are all former PUP candidates.
More will be known about the first of its kind event when the organizers hold a press briefing tomorrow afternoon.
