The man who tied up and raped his 12 year old stepdaughter twice, has been charged. The incidents happened at their Silk Grass home on January 14th and 15th. The little girl had just come home from school when he tied her hands, covered her face with a rag, held a knife at her throat and raped her. He raped her again the next day. To protect the child, we can't reveal the stepfather's name but the he has been charged with 2 counts of rape and has been remanded to the prison.
