“Easy Japanese-y” For Foursome
posted (March 2, 2016)
Four Belizeans have been chosen to be a part of "Juntos", a Japanese foreign exchange program with Latin-America and the Caribbean. They are Cecy Castillo, Christa Hulse, Donghoon Choe, and the Police Department's very own Raphael Martinez who will all travel to Japan this month. During their two week stay, they are tasked to deepen relations between the both countries. The four were selected from 60 applicants. They met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Belmopan yesterday to share their expectations for the upcoming trip. This is the first time that Belize is participating in this Japanese foreign exchange program.
