Right after the November 2015 general election there was a lot of talk about which politician will be retiring before the next big dance. Names we've heard include Anthony Boots Martinez, Said Musa, Michael Finnegan, Dean Barrow, and Francis Fonseca.
Finnegan has been talking about it for years, in fact, his nephew Shyne Barrow even stepped up to take the seat. But, as the smart pundits always said, Finnegan isn't going anywhere. This was more or less confirmed when he spoke at Patrick Faber's endorsement yesterday and begged for a job.

"Like how I want 4 terms. I would be nice to serve in a cabinet of Patrick Faber. You hear how I am begging for a job right."
Finnegan is a six term representative.
