Cocaine On A Plane?

The GSU found cocaine on a Tropic Air plane. On Monday evening after 5 the Gang Suppression Unit searched a Tropic Air flight at the Municipal airstrip which was heading to PG. They found a black hand bag with 528 grams or 1.2 pounds of suspected Cocaine. The plane made a stop at Placencia and information suggests that the cocaine was to have been dropped off there but no one was there to pick it up.

From drugs on a plane to ammunition on a boat. At 1 On Monday afternoon GSU searched a skiff on East Collett Canal in the Conch Shell Bay area. They found (10) ten live 9mm rounds of ammunition. The rounds were labeled as Found Property.

And more drugs were found on Monday morning at 11 , this time on Saint Jude Street. The GSU found 440 grams of weed – about one pound - hidden in a tree in an abandoned lot. No one was in the area so the drugs were again labeled as Found Property. The drugs are believed to be for a known drug peddler living in the area.

Lastly on Tuesday the GSU found more drugs in the Belama Phase 4 area. They found about 2.25 pounds of weed in a mangrove thicket behind the house of a known drug peddler. It was stuffed in a white bucket.
