"To retrofit and rebuild all the manhole covers in Belize City. This is something that the council has been looking at for a couple months and we have
done an analysis and there are 3,868 manhole covers that need to be repaired in Belize City at a cost of 251,000 dollars so that project is also being
unveiled so to speak at this launch."
As we understand it, the plan includes changing wooden manhole covers for cement ones.
