"We still are not certain. like I said, the investigation is still ongoing and we are still not certain if they left from Cabana, so we are trying to ascertain exactly what transpired prior to them reaching at that location in Roaring Creek."

"I cannot say what happened after that. Like I said, the investigation is ongoing and we are trying to establish what exactly transpired. We know that another call was received that there was a car in the river by Young Bank area. The car belonged to Luis Ortiz and it was found in that are in the morning. So the police are still trying to put together the pieces and see exactly what transpired on that night of the incident."

What police can confirm is that Ortiz had some familiarity with one of the men. They have 6 persons detained.
