At a preliminary inquiry today, Chief Magistrate, Anne Marie Smith committed him to stand trial in the October session of the Supreme Court.

The facts of the case say that in September of 2015, Swazo took the girl who had just graduated from Standard 6 to Gulf Hotel where he had sex with her. The allegation is that Private Swazo was the Program Coordinator of a BDF Camp in March 2015 when he met the girl.

At the PI, Private Swazo told the court that he has documents and witnesses that can prove he was not even at the camp where it is alleged he met the minor. He told the Magistrate that he will be calling as many as 4 witnesses to prove his innocence.
