And while Michael Lopez was the third and last person to be killed in the five hour spree of violence in the city, the first was Tevin Palmer, who is linked with the George Street Gang.
Police believe that his killing was a retaliation for the killing of Ghost Town resident Geovanni Gentle last Friday.
20 year old Palmer was sitting on a couch in a cramped Castle Street bungalow, eating noodles, his guard completely down- when someone familiar with the home, pulled out a 9 mm pistol and fired at least five shots in his direction.
Today the inside of that house is completely gutted because someone set it on fire last night - likely an act of counter - retaliation.
But keeping it on the fatal shooting of Palmer here is what police have on that investigation so far.

"3:04pm on Wednesday July 6th, 2016, CIB personnel visit #50B Castle Street where they found the lifeless body of Tevin Palmer, 20 years old. He had multiple gunshot wounds to the head. He was found sitting on a sofa inside a house. Investigation revealed that he was there along with family members and other persons and at some point someone pulled out a firearm and he was shot to the head. We have 3 persons we are looking for and the investigation continues."

"Could you talk to us about what the investigation is showing lead to this murder?"

"Again, like I mentioned he was there with persons that he knew. They were all at the house and at some point one of the persons pulled out a firearm and shot at the deceased. That is the information we have at this time."

"One of the persons inside the house?"
Sup. Hilberto Romero - O C, CIB, Eastern Division
"That is correct. They were all there associating with each other."

"ACP Williams had previously mentioned a direct link between the murder of Geovanni Gentle. Is that the same information you guys have?"
Sup. Hilberto Romero - O C, CIB, Eastern Division
"Like I mentioned earlier, yes we are following up every lead that we have and that is the information we are trying to verify at this time. Yes, the information is that the shooting may be gang related."
Police are looking for three suspects. We couldn't speak with his family today, but one and a half years ago when his brother Gerald Palmer was killed, here's what Gerald's twin Teral had to say about his brother Tevin being a wanted gang target:
