We all know a storm is coming and the computer models say Earl could be heading right for Belize City. We should remember that the last time a hurricane slammed into the city in 2010, the Category One Richard devastated the coastline of the Yabra area. The housing stock there was and is very poor - so much so that - one house feel today, it seems just hearing about a storm.
Lairrd Tucker and his family's home on Caesar Ridge Road collapsed this morning. The 5 foot stilts that it sits on, gave way, sending the house tumbling down. Today, Tucker called us out to his home to make a plea for help, especially since this storm is approaching:
