"In terms of the Macal River jumping its banks, in terms of the spillage already taking place at the dams, the forecast is that we are going to be dealing with extremely serious flooding with waters either I supposed coming down from the source in Guatemala, but inundating certainly possibly Belize City again and the river valley. So, Lord, we are preparing to have to deal with another natural disaster in maybe 5-7 days."
