In an update to the ugly case of incestuous sodomy we've been reporting on all week, a 16 year old Santa Elena resident has been charged for sodomising his own little brother.
The teenager was taken to court where he was charged for an unnatural crime and he was remanded for the weekend. He will re-appear in court on Monday 22nd August when bail will be considered.
As we've been reporting, one week ago, the 16 year old allegedly molested his 11 year old brother who was asleep. PLUS TV's Louis Wade - who's in touch with the family - reports that the 16 year old was heard to taunt his younger brother by saying that since section 53 was struck down, nothing can be done to him now. Well, he has been charged - since the change in section 53 change deals with consenting acts between adults; the 11 year old is not an adult and could not consent.
