Rivers Says Willoughby Threatened Him
posted (October 27, 2016)
And yes, you heard right - they said a municipal politician has put out a hit on Rivers. Here's how Rivers explained it:...

Jules Vasquez, 7News
"You said there is a hit on you. Is that for real?"

Raymond Rivers, Facebook agitator
"Well it is for real, because last 2 weeks Mr. Willoughby sent a young man to my house on Antelope Street to tell me to cool it down and left Mr. Willoughby alone. But he came from another big gang leader member in this country. The big gang leader sent him and Mr. Willoughby sent that one. So it's like that. But all of them are my friends. I am from the Southside."

We spoke to Willoughby today and he told us he didn't send anyone to threaten Rivers or any such thing. He said that he's the one who's actually been threatened by Rivers, both in public and through private message on facebook. Willoughby did take it very seriously and made a police statement, backed up by a letter from his attorney directly to Rivers - both in early October. The letter tells Rivers to cease and desist form harassing Willoughby verbally and refrain form contacting him via social media.
