"She gave me one project, it was one house and her sister in law gave me one so it was two houses. That project contract was signed for the 7th of June in 2016; from 2015 to 2016. In that period of time she added a huge amount of project I think she added about four different project with the one thing and she demanded me to finish the entire compound with the same 4th of June. If she really read the contract; the thing is I'm glad because if she really read the contract once you give somebody a contract to build a house and if you even add on an extra step you need to give that person a week. In her case this project went from two house which was approximately about two to three hundred thousand and it went up to 600,000 dollar project; that show you the magnitude of work I had to complete and this woman didn't even want to give me an extra day. She bring in all the files, she took them to income tax department and brought the tax department upon my company which is fair but what she did not remember is that I told her when we started the project because it was small I told her that a small project like this you have to make do a lot of project. If it's small I can't charge you tax because the government of Belize is not charging me tax but when the job became so big she did not realise that bringing all that document to income tax let her first of all IRS knows that she is building in Belize and I hope she cleared all her money because I'm on my way to the states as we speak and I will meet with her sisters, tell them what’s going on in Belize. We'll have a little meeting and see how we could resolve this stuff, if not then when I come back I would advise Ms. Swift to get a good lawyer, get a good evaluator, check her estimates."
