Miguel Angel Manzanilla from Corozal Town may have wanted to dress up as a Customs Officer for Halloween, but instead he is facing criminal charges. As we told you on Monday, Manzanilla was caught wearing a customs uniform – which it turns out he had stolen from a neighbor's clothesline. Manzanilla was stopped at a checkpoint in Ladyville where he told police he is a customs officer – but they sensed something amiss (maybe the shorts?) – and took him in for questioning. That's where his ruse was revealed, and he has now been charged for committing a mischievous act.
