The first ever B2B Waste to Energy and Renewable Energy Fair took was held today in Belize City. The fair was hosted by the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, the UNDP and other climate change prevention stakeholders, and was aimed specifically at the business community. It served as a way for businesses to network with renewable energy companies in Belize and learn how implementing renewable energy applications can benefit them:
The fair presented businesses with energy saving alternatives such as solar powered heating systems, or even simply switching florescent light bulbs to LEDs.
