Today was the first day of the 2016 Central American Senior Table Tennis Championship which is being held in Belize for the first time. As Vasquez mentioned, there isn't an age limit for competitors, but among the all the teams, Belize stands out. That's because the home team has the youngest players in the tournament, with the oldest being 15, and the youngest being 11 – competing against men in a senior tournament. The tournament will continue on until Saturday, and the public is invited to the SCA Auditorium to show support for the national team and see table tennis played at the highest level.
