A thirteen-year-old male was socializing with his friends in alley on Dolphin Street in Belize City when they were approached by a person known to them as Winston Staine. "Yesterday, the first incident occurred around 5:30pm thereabout, where a 13 year old was socializing on Dolphin Street in the vicinity of Wesley Upper School when he was accosted by one, Winston Staine with whom him and two other minors had a disagreement, during which Mr. Staine inflicted the stab wounds to the minor. The minor was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he is currently admitted in a stable condition undergoing treatment."
The minor's wound was treated at the KHMH and is currently in stable condition.
