We're also told that in a nearby yard, police found an undisclosed quantity of marijuana.
As for the shooting itself, as we told you, police have already arrested Endfield Fitzgibbon. This evening, the police reported that he has been formally charged with Attempted Murder, Dangerous Harm, Use of deadly means of harm. It is expected that he will be arraigned at the earliest convenience.
